Donggang - Sakura Shrimp Due to its red color, Sakura shrimp is nicknamed “Flower Shelf.” When floating on the sea surface, it looks like the petal of a cherry blossom. With an average body length of five centimeters and with fresh and tender texture and high nutrient content, Sakura Shrimp is regarded as a world-class product. Fishermen in the Donggang area developed Sakura Shrimp into various types of souvenirs that tourists always bring them home to share with others.
