Ingredient 1 eel
Wash fillet, remove the bone, and cut it into three pieces.
Sauce: soy sauce, sugar, wine (brandy or red reserve rose)mixed well and boiled.Method - Rinse the eel and slice the fillet.
- Apply the sauce on eel fillet and roast it in an oven until cooked.
