Upon the arrival of the oyster shell art gallery in WangGong, Changhua county, one will immediately be attracted by its colorful building. It is impressive to see oyster shell covering the outer wall of the building, highlighted by colorful paint work. Inside the building there demonstrates various artworks of oyster shells created by Ji Yu, the president of the WangGong oyster shell culture association. WangGong is bestowed by mother nature upon its unique ecological features, enabling it to combine the three elements: aquaculture, life and ecology, for the promotion of “Marine cultural tours in Wang Gong”. Guided tours may include introductions of the wetlands, the ecology of the intertidal, DIY of oyster shell artwork and, last but not least, enjoying delicious food in WangGong. What a wonderful day!
