Roast Trout with Garlic Butter

Ingredient 1 trout
2 spoonfuls of minced garlic
125 g of butter
1 teaspoon of salt Aluminum foil, about 40 x 40 cmMethod - Remove the scales and innards. Lightly score 3 lines on both sides of the trout and apply salt. Wait for 30 minutes and then rinse the trout.
- Mix the minced garlic and butter well and then apply to the trout. Wrap the trout with aluminum foil and roast in an oven at 200℃ for 25 minutes.
